    Our management actively participates in advising the Ground Water Sustainability Agency and Monterey County Water Resources. Our VP/General Manager also holds a seat on the board of the Central Coast Water Quality Preservation Inc. in an effort to protect our most important natural resource, our water.

    Our management team works with many different seed suppliers constantly trialing new varieties to move into commercial production with a focus on improved quality traits and updated disease resistance in each of the commodities we grow. Boutonnet Farms, Inc. grows only non-GMO varieties, disease and insect resistance are selectively bred into the crop we grow.

    The Boutonnet Family is a strong community advocate participating in supporting education and youth engagement groups.

    ~ We support local 4-H and FFA groups.

    ~ Boutonnet Farms, Inc. also has an annual internship program where we have 2-3 youth community members interested in career and educational opportunities in agriculture work alongside us gaining hands-on experience.

    ~ We also participate in water conservation and environmental stewardship groups aimed at preserving our local natural resources for generations to come.

    ~ In an effort to keep our community beautiful, we participate in roadside weed abatement and illegal dumping cleanups.
